I am using Ubuntu Hardy with latest updates as of 07/02/2008, network-manager 0.6.6-ubuntu . Gnome 2.22.2 .
I get the exact error. Although it seems to only occur when I resume from suspend without a wired connection. If it attempts to search for a wireless connection, the whole screen will freeze. alt-ctl-f1 or so does not work and I am forced to force shutdown the system using the power button. This is on a lenovo z61t laptop.
