Could you please try to get the nss and nspr packages from the mozillateam ppa: https://edge.launchpad.net/~mozillateam/+archive the packages you need are: libnspr-0d (4.7.1+1.9-0ubuntu0.8.04.2~mt1) and libnss3-1d (3.12.0.3-0ubuntu0.8.04.1~mt1).
