Attached the debdiff for the merge for version 0.14-3.
netspeed (0.14-3ubuntu1) intrepid; urgency=low
* Merge from debian unstable, remaining changes:
- deleted duplicate patch
- fix lintian error in changelog

Alternatively, the package can also be directly synced from Debian since the
problem in the merge is the rename of a patch which consequently appears twice,
however no ubuntu patches are missing in the debian version. Only a minor
lintian error in the changelog is in the debian version.
