When i use version 2:2.2.1-1ubuntu13.4 sometimes, parts of screen freeze, doesn't refresh. Only command like this helps "xrandr --size 1024x768". Display device is (as lspci tells):
00:02.1 Display controller: Intel Corporation 82852/855GM Integrated Graphics Device (rev 02) I don't know whether i install package contains linux-backports-modules and linux-ubuntu-modules header files or so (downgrade xserver-xorg-video-intel 2:2.2.1-1ubuntu13.4 to 2:2.2.1-1ubuntu12), but it doesn't freezes now. Same result was when i changed kernel image from 2.6.24-19-generic to 2.6.24-19-generic (with all backports and restricted modules installed, it doesn't necessary for intel, is it; can it be barrier?). It's closest bug report, as i see, so i post there. -- Update quirks for -intel https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/225958 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
