I wanted to reset this bug to 'In Progress' because of Ubuntu Forum entry (http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=244667) and my own recent confusion. The package 'wpagui' starts with the command 'wpa_gui'. This would be a useful general addition to this section of the manual - but I can't find this section of the manual in Hardy! Any help out there?
