Sorry Marc, but this shows the classic symptoms of a faulty CD/DVD disk
or drive. It may help to clean the CD/DVD, to burn the CD/DVD at a lower
speed, or to clean the CD/DVD drive lens.

Failing that, in future kernel oopses are kernel bugs, not ubiquity
bugs.
