That sounds like a good idea.  The problem I can foresee is there are a
lot of different things that need to be configured/installed on a
default Ubuntu system to get it configured for a tablet.  I don't know
much about the Ubuntu/Debian build system, so help there would be
greatly appreciated.  One aspect of the whole thing is the delivery
mechanism.  We could use a series of packages and a meta package that
could pull the whole group in that could handle all of the setup and
extra applications.  Another issue I can see is with the difference
between tablets.  Thanks for the help, I'll see what I can get started
based on what others have already done and see if it can be centralized
for at least the Ubuntu community, although I'd prefer to see it all get
back to Debian, at least what can be pushed back to them.
