Public bug reported: Binary package hint: rhythmbox
Plugged in external hard drive (that i have played music off of before), opened rhythmbox, tried to import a single file, list of files and a folder, each import fine, but after hitting play the app just sits there and does nothing. I've stopped and started it a few times with the same results. Also tried unmounting and remounting usb drive (WDPassport 120G). Also tried loading an album from my hard drive. In this case it even downloaded the appropriate thumbnail to display ( i think..its not in the local folder), but still no play. version 0.11.5 - This is my first time using since the update that came out a couple weeks ago ( i think i saw one anyway) using hardy heron ProblemType: Bug Architecture: i386 Date: Fri Jun 27 12:05:35 2008 DistroRelease: Ubuntu 8.04 ExecutablePath: /usr/bin/rhythmbox NonfreeKernelModules: nvidia Package: rhythmbox 0.11.5-0ubuntu8 PackageArchitecture: i386 ProcEnviron: PATH=/usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin:/sbin:/bin:/usr/games LANG=en_US.UTF-8 SHELL=/bin/bash SourcePackage: rhythmbox Uname: Linux 2.6.24-19-generic i686 ** Affects: rhythmbox (Ubuntu) Importance: Low Assignee: Ubuntu Desktop Bugs (desktop-bugs) Status: Incomplete ** Tags: apport-bug -- rhythmbox does not play https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/243563 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
