Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: openoffice.org

Hi...

I created a document with several headlines. These should automatically
appear in the "contents heading". Afterwards I changed the numbering
option to "numbering 1" for "heading 1". This results in no heading in
the "contents heading" - even after manually forcing an update.

I tried to create a new document without changing the numbering - all
headings will show up until I change the numbering. After changing the
numbering it is not possible to make the headline reappear in the
contents heading. I noticed, that the default numbering is not "none"
but something else this may be the clue to the problem.

Please have a look at attached the example document.

If this is a usage related problem I would appreciate any information of
what I did wrong.
