The files are made on every login - if we can find a way of you getting
them to us we may be able to diagnose the problem.

Does it allow you to login at the text prompt? Or is it loading the
graphics again and then failing?

When Vassilis asked for ~/.xsession-errors he means a file on your home
directory (~/ is short for that). Files that start with . are not
visible either until you choose to show hidden files in Nautilus. (if
you are using Nautilus)

I'm trying to think of the best way of supporting you to get the files
to us.

It does sound a bit like it's a problem with your graphics set up - is
this a laptop? Do you know the make and model of your graphics card?
