Binary package hint: cpp

$ lsb_release -rd

In the update manager (for the past few weeks) there have 3 recommended updates 
for the following packages:
cpp
g++
gcc

When trying to view the "Changes" tab, this message has been showing:
"""
The list of changes is not available yet.
Please try again later.
"""


$ aptitude changelog cpp
Ign ChangeLog of cpp
E: Couldn't fetch URL 
http://changelogs.ubuntu.com/changelogs/pool/main/g/gcc-defaults/gcc-defaults_4.2.3-1ubuntu6/changelog
E: Couldn't find a changelog for cpp


The same results happen for g++ and gcc.


What I expected to happen:
I expected to view the changes in the package before installing the upgrade.


What happened instead:
The changes have not been shown since the upgrade became available weeks ago.
