Public bug reported:

1)8.04
2)any package
3)Install package via "apt-get install package-name"
4)No installation package

I just install Ubuntu server 8.04, and I set "Argentina" as my country
during the installation process.

No any packaes can be installed via "apt-get install packages-name". I
receive a message that the packages (any package I try) as been obsolet
or removed.

I note that the file "/etc/apt/sources.list" make the references with a
"ar" at the beginning like: "http://ar.nnnn.mmm.zzz"; as the locations or
URL.

I reinstall using "United State" as country location and installations
via "apt-get install" are working well.

IT does not happend with older verions of Ubuntu server. I did not
verify seting other countries.

Regards
marcelo
