Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kpersonalizer

In kpersonalizer on the last screen, it says "After closing this
dialogue you can always restart this Wizard by choosing the entry
Desktop Settings Wizard from the Settings menu."

On a fresh/no kde profile, this welcome process will popup.

It appears to be a Kubuntu modification to remove this menu entry. In
this case the above notice should be removed from kpersonalizer for
quality purposes.

Question might then be asked: "What to do when KDE vanilla references entities
that Kubuntu removes and the artifacts are left".
The more that Kubuntu removes/modifies, the possibility of more of these
problems arising.

** Affects: kdebase (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
