Please do something! I'm experiencing this problem on both my desktop and my laptop computers. While it is a minor problem on my desktop, where recently it shows up only seldom (twice a week), it is now happening with increased frequency on my laptop (twice an hour in average), making it sometimes nearly unusable. Yesterday I had to shut it off and reboot in WinXP in order to complete an urgent and importan professional task. God knows how I hated doing it!!!!
