Proceed as usual by booting with the (latest) liveCD and produce steps until the freeze occurs. after the program freezes, close the program (I guess?? maybe not?), browse this web page, click on "add a comment/attachment", you will see a box besides "Include attachment", check that box, click browse and find the requested file, write a description (name of file for example) in the box that says "Description", and click on "save changes".
