I have a radio killswitch (on my Thinkpad Z60m). But I need it on for
WiFi. Powertop says my bluetooth device is the biggest cause of wakeups,
but I've used it once in three years.

So I would like a way to switch off bluetooth without the killswitch
(and preferably without having to reboot to reenable it).
