My GAL entry was never populated.
Also would like to note, i turned off auto-lookup in GAL. Things seemed to be
working then i selected "open another users inbox" and bam, same problem.
Then i re-started and many messages were marked "Unable to retrieve from
server".
So i killed the evo backend and tried again, same deal.
