I Also have the same problem with my iwl3945 (Intel Wireless 3945), I'm using nm-applet to manage my wireless, and it just won't connect. Works fine if i switch over to Windows.. Hers my Sys Log. Note: Im trying to connect to a open wireless network in a hotel.
