and leaves it enabled as we upload alot of things to our PPA's that will
mess up a install like higher versions of nss nspr than in Ubuntu
version and can cause issues, also our versions of firefox that we
upload can really mess you up we use our PPA;s for testing before we
release to archives so we dont upload broken packages. Its better to
recommend either just installing the deb for xul and firefox or waiting
until -updates repos or -proposed repos get it. most of time -proposed
isnt far behind PPA unless we see regressions or blocker bugs.
