Thanks for the reply. To answer your questions:
1) The crash is totally reproductible. each time we go on the website, run a 
channel (it works) and change channel after, then we have the crash. We can 
notice and if we relorad the page before changing channel, it doesn't crash...
2) 3) and 4): I tried to run firefox in safe mode (disable all extension) and 
it still crashes with the following merssage:
"[00000001] main private debug: removing all video outputs
[00000001] main private debug: removing all audio outputs
[00000001] main private debug: removing module "memcpy"
Erreur de segmentation"

Flash package: flashplugin-nonfree 9.0.124.0ubuntu2
java package: ??? How to get it?

You will find attached the output in the terminal when I run firefox in
safe mode. I hope it will help.
