I tried writing a script that grabs as much radio stations as possible
from that website, then spits out a rhythmbox iradio-initial.pls in the
current working directory. Maybe it can help, so I will attach it here.

Limitations:
- cpu intensive, it seems
- it is written in horrible ways and it shows
- the xiph directory changes all the time, it seems that the sorting is based
on the last radio that changed track title
- limited to 5 pages (100 stations) because the xiph website doesn't seem to
want to display more
- does not check for duplicates (caused by the ever changing xiph directory)
- only uses the first "genre" tag
