* Merge from Debian unstable (LP: #237282). Remaining Ubuntu changes:
- Added 06_drumkit_load.patch to support missing samples
- Added docbook to build-depends
- Updated docbook DTD to 4.4 (with 00_docbook.patch)to fix FTBFS
- Updated FSF address in debian/copyright
- Modify Maintainer value to match Debian-Maintainer-Field Spec
* Replaced 07_lash_support.patch with newer fixed version (LP: #234139)
* Updated standards to 3.7.3
* Added Homepage to control file
hydrogen (0.9.3-5.1) unstable; urgency=low
* Non-maintainer upload.
* 03_gcc43.patch: Extended with patch from KiBi (Closes: #456078)
