all of 6 the ones having DVD issues are older AMD based systems. 2 are laptops. All have Via chipset. The 3 systems that have Hardy on them that are *not* having this problem are newer AMD based sata desktops. 1 has ATI chipset and others have Nvidia. They all had Windows XP and I formatted and install Hardy for each customer. . All fresh install no upgrades. All the systems were installed with Hardy CD-ROM with the DVD drives that are in them. The hardy install on all these systems are default unmodified
