Public bug reported: In 8.04, gnome-cd does not exist. I created /usr/local/bin/gnome-cd to call rhythmbox, and it works. Although it does not start playing by default, if this is possible at all (without configuring rhythmbox to play by default after startup).
Also Nautilus calls rhythmbox (configurable), Places menu calls Audio CD Extractor (configurable?), and applet calls gnome-cd for the SAME action. ** Affects: ubuntu Importance: Undecided Status: New -- disk-mounter applet calls gnome-cd to play audio cdrom https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/239033 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
