Public bug reported:

In 8.04, gnome-cd does not exist. I created /usr/local/bin/gnome-cd to
call rhythmbox, and it works. Although it does not start playing by
default, if this is possible at all (without configuring rhythmbox to
play by default after startup).

Also Nautilus calls rhythmbox (configurable), Places menu calls Audio CD
Extractor (configurable?), and applet calls gnome-cd for the SAME
action.

** Affects: ubuntu
     Importance: Undecided
