Shouldn't it appear BEFORE rebooting? Other programs do add an item to
the main menu instantly, while Epiphany apparently doesn't. This means
that users who are not comfortable using either Alt+F2 or a console will
not be able to start the application they've just installed using
Add/Remove Programs.

I think this bug should be reopened, and can confirm it on an up-to-date
(10-jun-2008) installation of Hardy.
