I found in Google an irc conversation from Riddel and apachelogger talking about if the issue is only in the german language, and I don't think so.
My system: Kubuntu 8.04 upgraded from Kubuntu 7.10 (all in Spanish version). I have installed KDE 3.5.9 and KDE4.
