Hi Alexander, Many thanks for your reply. I do take the point that I would not get any feedback from MS over a Windows issue. I am indeed very impressed at the feedback that I have received. I apologise if I seemed unappreciative but being a newby I didn't quite know what to expect from posting a bug report.
