Public bug reported:

I have installed Ubuntu 8.04 cleanly on a fresh HD partition and
installed the Tango icon theme from the repository, then decided to
install kdebase (kcontrol + its dependencies, actually) to make QT apps
fit GNOME's looks with the Klearlooks KDE theme. This resulted in a
couple of launcher icons in the Main Menu switch to their equivalents in
the KDE default icon theme Crystal SVG. The ones I've noticed so far are
Evolution, The GIMP, Opera and Scribus. The latter two have been
installed from third-party sources, but their icons were fine before the
KDE packages were installed.

Another peculiar thing is that there are two entries for Crystal SVG in
System > Preferences > Appearance > Customize... > Icons; might be
related. (Not mentioning that the Delete button is disabled for both of
them, since that's probably intentional as to not remove things that
have been installed through the package manager as part of another
package.)

Let me know if you need any more info. Sorry, I have no idea which
specific package this is related to.
