Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: nfs-kernel-server

During the upgrade from Dapper to Edgy, the following happend:

1. Upgrade manager began to install updated packages.
2. When it was the turn of nfs-kernel-server it showed the "Modified
configuration file dialog" notifying me, that the configuration file was
modifed.
(This dialog is different from all other cases of modified configuration files.)
3. The dialog gave me the options to "use the maintainers file", "keep the
file" or "view the differences" (and some more, I think)
4. I chose "view the differences".
5. The differences are shown in the terminal widget in the upgrade managers
window. This is I think quit unclever, since many people may have this widget
beeing collabsed and aren't looking there. (In other cases the diff is
presented by default, but inside a graphical window.)
6. To quit the diff viewer in the terminal widget it is necessary to press 'q',
which is never suggested. This is quite nerdy :-)

I think it would be better to show the diffs by default and use the
graphical diff viewer.

** Affects: nfs-utils (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: Unconfirmed
