In x86_64 version of Ubuntu iSight work fine. It`s very strange :) I think that processor on iMac is 32-bit really, but can understand and execute 64-bit commands. Is it right? If it is, x86 version must work better than x86_64. In any case uvc driver must work in any version of Ubuntu, not in 64-bit only.
