In bug no. 208836, John Dong from the Backports team mentioned that they were only going to backport new bug fixes to transmission 1.06 version for the release of hardy. At some undefined future time, he said they would undertake the more-invasive update to a newer transmission version (then 1.1). I'd like to nominate this for intrepid and hardy-backports as Debian sid may have now done most of the hard work.
All dependencies save libpango1.0-0 (current v. 1.20.1-1, depends v. >= 1.20.2) and, of course, transmission-common seem to be fulfilled. ** Changed in: transmission (Ubuntu) Status: New => Confirmed -- Please merge transmission latest version from Debian unstable (main) https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/228975 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
