Public bug reported: Binary package hint: linux-image-386
I am unable to resume my system with the new -18 revision of the kernel. Resuming with -17 works fine. When I try -18, then I am thrown out of usplash after entering the password for my encrypted root fs and I can briefly see a "no such device" warning from modprobe when it tries to load "padlock-something.ko". My encrypted swap partition is not mounted at all and the system continues to boot ordinarily instead of resuming from swap. ** Affects: linux-meta (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- REGRESSION: revision -18 breaks resume https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/238079 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
