Do you actually have Arial and Times New Roman installed? Also do you know what font is actually being displayed? Some fonts are made incorrectly and can cause problems like this since they 'claim' to be other fonts. If you know what font is causing this problem please let me know what it is called, where you got and attach it to the bug report if possible.
