Neither this time it seems that something has changed. With the line 'general.useragent.locale' commented in both '/usr/lib/xulrunner-1.9/greprefs/all.js' and '/usr/lib/xulrunner-1.9/defaults/pref/xulrunner.js' navigator.language remains en-US.
