I have a similar problem. I mount /home and few other directories from NFS, with mount definitions taken from NIS. I have to manually /etc/init.d/autofs restart after each boot. This is with Ubuntu 8.04, and I think the problem started with 7.10, perhaps with 7.04.
'chmod -x /usr/sbin/NetworkManager*' didn't seem to help. -- autofs needs to be restarted to pick up Windows XP shares https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/40189 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is a direct subscriber. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
