Thanks for the help! I don't think I had linux-kernel-devel installed, so I got it to compile and install the package OK. However, I'm having the same problem as the other -openvz binary repository kernels - my NIC does not seem to work. It has an IP and the correct module is loaded, you just can't ping anything. I'm going to try debugging it some to see what the exact differences between the kernels... strange though.
