I found this equalizer on this site http://cs.helsinki.fi/u/ttokalli/rb- plugins/ (Teemu Kallio did the job), it works but i think that this should be embedded in RB, just like Jamendo (on the left plane for example). I would tried my self to program it, but i know little about python programing.
