Same error for me. I have an Asrock 939Dual-SATA2 with a sata II hard disk and a pata dvd writer on ide1.
The motherborad mounts a JMicron 20360/20363 AHCI Controller, but I don't know wich controller the hard disk uses. Attacched there is the log of lspci -vv P.S.
