I printed a document from OpenOffice. First, it failed as expected, but then I
looked at the dialog of OpenOffice Printer Settings (From the Print-dialog, on
the right of the Printer name). There was a setting for forcing to PostScript
Level 1 instead of the level coming from the driver. Setting that to Level 1
suddenly made the document print properly.

I did not find that setting from the Foomatic/hpijs driver settings,
though. Looking at that, I tried to find a new printer driver, which
seemed to be found (2.8.2), but the problem still exists.
