I had Dapper installed on my desktop and it worked great but I had some problems with my Hard drive so I wiped and did a clean install of Edgy. My computer came up in 1600 x 1200 resolution at 86Hz. I wanted to drop down in resolution, but it hangs for about 15 seconds then give me the login screen. I can login and everything work fine, but there is no way to change resolution. I have a Dell Trinitron Monitor and a SiS vidio on-board that worked great in Dapper. From looking at all the bugs out here, there is something different from Dapper that is causing this. I thought I would just add this to this bug report.
