I'm sorry you're having those problems, I would suggest trying a different Linux distribution, because from my experience, this Flash bug is Ubuntu-specific because I've never had problems with Flash on any other distribution even on the same machine. IMHO, this bug is the only thing keeping Ubuntu from being the absolute best distro.
