of course.. I have a standard Lenovo n200 with few kernels from 2.6.24 to 2.6.26rc4..but i usually hold the -generic one to make some tests. With kernel 2.6.24 (vanilla) is all ok..with 2.6.24-17-generic is ok...problems start with kernel > 2.6.25 with no output given (on crash)
