Why importance "field" is still not set? There is no security concern, but there is a severe usability issue: the update has broken dependencies and needs to be fixed soon.
Desktop users don't use ssh keys, and they are more concerned with these bugs, than bugs like the one with SSL broken keys. Furthermore, when these things happen, you should rollback repositories as soon as you can.... and then try to fix.
