- gold recofnizes -z relro and -z norelro.
* debian/rules: Explicitely set SHELL to /bin/bash, build-depend on bash.
* debian/rules: Fix setting of TARGET for cross builds.
* binutils-static: Remove dependency on libc6. LP: #184582.
