No, only bugs older than 60 days with the status being "Needs Info" expire automatically. This was done because it is believed that the benefits closing bugs that are waiting for a response from an MIA reporter outweighs the harms of closing bugs that shouldn't be, particularly with regards to the number of bugs in both categories.
