Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kwin-style-dekorator

The kwin-style-dekorator package does not make the necessary
~/.kde/share/apps/deKorator/themes/ directory. It is normally expected
that the "Install New Theme" function to install a theme. Instead, it
seems to install but then will not appear in the Theme list. This
occurs in Ubuntu Hardy with kwin-style-dekorator version 0.3-1

Reproducing:
Install kwin-style-dekorator. Download a DeKorator theme. Open up kcontrol,
go to "Appearance & Themes > Window Decorations". Select DeKorator. Go to
DeKorator's "Themes" tab. Click "Install New Theme", select the theme tar you
just downloaded. Press OK. DeKorator appears to work for a second, but the
theme does not appear in the list. Selecting "Apply" causes no window
decorations (borderless windows).

Workaround:
For now, manually creating the ~/.kde/share/apps/deKorator/themes directory
fixes this problem and allows the "Install New Theme" function to work.
