Hi guys. You have not go back to old kernel. Here is the answer. http://www.virtualbox.org/ticket/1613 Shortly: 1. Remove this file /etc/vbox/vbox.cfg 2. Run sudo /etc/init.d/vboxdrv setup 3. That should be all. I am now back in normal with Virtual Box and the kernel 2.6.24.17 Hope it'll help.
