Binary package hint: inkscape

When I attempt to open a particular PDF (attached: thesisconsent.pdf), I
get the PDF Import Settings window. When I click OK the following error
appears on the console:

Other PDFs do not appear to cause this crash, and thesisconsent.pdf
opens correctly in xpdf and evince.
