What has been done?
1) Ubuntu x64 8.04 (desktop version from live CD) has been installed with
almost default settings to 20Gb JFS partition.
No network was available during install.
2) Network has been configured.
3) Launched drivers manager (System->Administration->Hardware Drivers).It
displays that driver is "Enabled" but driver status still "Not in use".As it
could be obvious, there is no easy way to use this driver since if I'm
remembering correctly driver is downloaded when user marks checkbox.However
since it's already marked, user is getting confused.Actually, driver is not
present, 3D effects are not working.

ATI restricted driver is 'enabled' but 'Not in use' after x64 Ubuntu
install.This confuses user and gives no idea how to start using this
proprietary driver.
