(continued)
Things are not so simple...

My 2 comments here above (yesterday) are about Calc. (Sorry I don't know how to
edit these comments).
A new clue about Calc: When I click on a menu I said OpenCalc freeze. Ok, but
if I click and move very quick the mouse out of the space of the menu, the menu
appears and OpenOffice don't freeze. I mean, I may close the menu for instance
with a simple click next the menu.

If I choose to keep the menu visible, I can choose a command (print for
instance) if I move the mouse directly to the name of the command from
the outside ! And it works !

Now from my today's trial.

When I double click on a file *.odt, Writer is launched, but only the window
OpenOffice is opened (see attached snapshot).
The other applications are OK . After 3-4 mn, the doc appear in the window with
all the bars, tools and icons.
If I launch OpenWriter alone via the menu, it's the same: a blanck window while
3-4 mn, then the default file.
BUT: if open a *.doc file (from Word Microsoft ), the text appears immediatly
then Openoffice is freezed the same time.

After "de-freezing", if I click on a menu's title, the title is replaced by a
colored rectangle and OpenOffice freezes again and so on ...
Instead of choosing a menu, if I click on a button (like save or print or "view
before print"), it works well.

>From several attempts and trials,
some time I can or cannot use the main menus (Applications, links, System, ...),
some time I can or cannot close OpenOffice with the close button (right up
corner).

The system don't seem really working as you can see in the main bar the
6 system's monitor.

I remain at your disposal.
